According to the National Center for Health Statistics, the average weight of adult women aged 20 years and older in the U.S. is 170.6 pounds with an average height of about 5 feet, 4 inches tall. This is up from 140 lbs in 1060s, thanks to fast food, high carb diets, pesticides and that fake food pyramid from the early 1990s

If you go to France, the only fat people you see are American or British... And France has a notoriously high fat diet (butter, cheese and meats).

If you want to reduce your risk of COVID (or cancer for that matter), lower your BMI....obesity kills.

According to the CDC data, 35.1 percent of American adults over the age of 20 are obese. Sixty-nine percent of American adults, who are over 20 years of age, are either overweight or obese.

Great BMI @ 21.7. Good for you!

The worst is seeing obese children -- how crazy is it to screw up your kids at such a young age?

My body physically is incapable of eating more. People dont realize to get "fat", you have to completely break your body first to get there. This is why obesity is considered irreversible for the most part. Even assuming you bring the weight back down, your body is permanently fucked

Yep, it's much more difficult to get the weight off after you've been obese. The only way is to cut out carbs -- and eliminate ALL sugar. They are addictive and you can never lose the weight unless you do this.

What's weird is people think i have an eating disorder because im too "skinny". Sure, I look at what I eat, i dont overstuff myself, i work out, walk my dog, etc. But this isn't an eating disorder, its just that people are no longer used to seeing a skinny person, so they look sickly by comparison to the norm
