What gets me is the financial incentives to get it. Hey we offer 1 million dollars to 5 random people to get this completely harmless vaxx

Each stage was/is calculated and steadily ramped up to target and manipulate specific portions of the population. Each stage also alternates from positive to negative reinforcement motivation/encouragement/incentive and back.

  • Pos: Hype it as a godsend to get the group they kept in fear who were desperate to get it to "be safe."
  • Neg: Guilt trip and shame the group who wasn't in fear, but would easily cave to peer/family pressure to avoid being socially outcast ("you're killing grandma!").
  • Pos: Giving incentives to encourage those who don't care either way, but want something or merely a chance at gaining something (free donut, $1mil lottery, free college, etc.).
  • Neg: Freedom of travel forbidden unless you get it (airports), not permitted in many places without proof of getting it so you can't function in society without it.
  • Pos: If you get it, you get your freedom of travel back/things will be normal again and you can function in society again.
  • Neg: Employers requiring you get it against your will just to keep your job.
  • Here is where I am not sure if there is a positive left and I think only negatives remain.
  • Ramping up the current slow-rollout of door-to-door harassment of "non-federal" visitors at your door, to become federal enforcers once their phantom super-deadly "variant" starts being cited as causing people to die in mass numbers (those who got injected dying off in the next few months due to being pathogenically primed)

There are other examples of positive and negative "encouragement" mixed in there that I did not list that were psychologically targeting specific groups of people. As I noted, I think they're done with positive encouragement now and it's all downhill from here and very, very quickly.
