Is absolutely everything that we have been taught about absolutely everything fucking wrong?

Most of you have seen the recent posts by my self and others of the Darkhorse podcasts with two prominent scientists (one of whom INVENTED MRNA TECHNOLOGY) raise their concerns about the MRNA vax deployment and their concerns about not re-using known working medicines like Ivermectin as part of a treatment regiment for Covid infection. The utter corruption and falsification of data collection, data dissemination, data interpretation is utterly stunning.

I was on a 5000 iu vitamin d supplementation before the chyna virus became a thing here so me not wearing a mask was completely irrelvant as we also now know vitamin d supplementation is incredibly important for all sorts of reasons not only as a preventative against the chyna virus. So I lucked out there.

Now I am finding out that atherosclerosis is primarily due to long term vitamin c deficiency. I only clued into this the other day when Chris Martenson mentioned it on the Timcast IRL podcast. So I looked it up and holy fuck. It's true.

EVERYTHING WE ARE BEING TOLD ABOUT EVERYTHING IS A FUCKING LIE.

Just when I turn around and think, okay I have a good handle on how much lies I am being told and what is true, I turn around and find out that not only should I be supplementing with vitamin c as well but the daily recommended vitamin c intake IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED FOR A GROWN ADULT.

Mother fucker. I am so angry right now. The amount of people suffering because of the lies and deceit by the scientific and medical community is utterly difficult to believe.

Regarding everything being a lie: tell me any time people were not pushing vitamin C? Every pleb thinks it will cure their cold alongside whatever antibiotics their doctor will give them.

You want some less common wisdom? When you eat a carnivore diet, your body does not deplete vitamin C. In fact, the ketones change the PH of the blood and you do not get colds or flu. Start research with Dr Sean Baker. Kelly Hogan is a solid resource and a sweet lady. In fact, all of your degenerative issues seem to vanish on a diet of ruminant animals. This is a solid rabbit hole to tread down as it starts to blow away all these silly suggestions like “make sure you get enough vitamin C” or “it’s all about your gut biome.”

Jordan Peterson’s daughter managed to cure her depression eating strictly beef. Peterson himself can also advocate. I really hope that dude gets off those meds he takes.

And me? Coming up on six pack abs. I cannot support it enough. BBQ and sunshine is the key to good mental and physical health, my niggerfaggot dudes.

Thanks for the heads up on Baker and Hogan.

Yes, they do advocate vitamin c but only for colds or similar. No one has been communicating that long term vitamin c is vital to arterial health and as a majour part of arterial helath to help fight heart and arterial desease. This is totally new to me despite knowing about scurvy.

The other part of great health is reduced calorie intake as well.

I disagree to the caloric deficit approach at least in the conventional method. After a few weeks of carnivore, you will find your appetite suppressed. This allows for periods of fasting and feasting. Like a low-calorie diet, you are remaining in a fasted state longer than a normal person and gain all the benefits without counting calories. Simply eat until you are full. (Meat)
