Ivermectin works. Its already been approved. It hasn’t killed a person in 50 years of use. You can use it in low doses for prophylaxis, with similar reduced risk ratio to vaccine.
It can be given to symptomatic patients to prevent severe stage covid.
There are dozens of other drugs with proven safety records that will also work well.
The problem is, they are cheap and off patent. So big pharma can’t make money with them.
