Thank you very much, I love reading about these things. I've in the past read about how good for you pine needles are. I'll have to be more conscious about seeing if I can find any of the other types of trees recommended are available near me.

We have yellow pine here. Do you enjoy pine tea?

I usually have it in the winter months. Winter is still a month or so away so will stock up !

I hadn't gotten that far but do they save and dry well? Although the needles are available year round, maybe their nutrients are better at a certain time to preserve?

I buy mine as pine trees in tropical Qld are not common.
