Sure! First, a little background about myself.
I have worked in Healthcare for four years. Going on number five this next month. I have tried to become very well rounded at my craft. Thus, I have worked at a skilled nursing facility (as a CNA), a surgical center specializing in gastrointestinal issues (as an endoscopy technician), home Healthcare (taking care of a rich stroke patient), and now I have made it to the top. I work in a major hospital. Next, I will move onto the culture in the different avenues I have worked in.
There is an overarching culture in Healthcare. I have worked in two states, albeit western states, but the culture is the same. Most females are power hungry psychopaths that will disregard all male opinions. Men no longer have power in the hospital UNLESS they are doctors. There are a few male nurses but even they have issues. (Seriously thinking about going the doctor route since I just finished all pre-requisites to become a nurse). The following are the rules that are unspoken; even amongst much of the staff.
1) If you are working with females, (which 90% of your co-workers are), NEVER TELL THEM ANYTHING ABOUT YOURSELF. They will spread rumors about you like wildfire. Dumb, gossipy, cunts that can't shut the fuck up.
2) make sure you give all females the same amount of attention. If you are a male, and you do not do this, rumors will surface about you that you are lazy, or you don't do your job.
3) most women will never admit they are wrong (the REAL bitches that admit to their faults are your true friends). This is a important fact.
4) management will constantly contradict themselves with the actions they take. There will be two sets of rules, one for the males, and another set for the females. If the males do something that a female does not like, she will tell management. You will be called into the office and be punished. If you bring up the fact a female has done that exact same thing, it will be brushed under the rug.
5) as a male, you are never taken seriously. Men are treated like doormats, and their opinions don't mean shit. You are basically laughed at and ridiculed when you make legitimate points.
6) every dumbass thing that happens on the floor (even if it doesn't involve hurting a patient, or verbally abusing a patient, will lead to you getting called into the office). I was called into fucking HR for what was interpreted as "me not listening" to a paraplegic patient when he needed to be turned so he didn't get bed sores. That was a blatantly false accusation. The patient was just pissed cause he didn't like being woken up every two hours to be turned (which is policy).
7) make sure you find out who your enemies are early on. If you say the wrong things to the wrong co-worker, that will lead you to a trip into the office.
8) try not to stay in one place too long at a time. If you are constantly moving, it will appear you are constantly helping in other sections of the hospital.
This is just SOME of the toxic shit that exists at the hospital. I have not even gone into all the diversity nigger hires (that don't fucking help), the faggots (who are just mentally ill and confused about life), or the bitches making Tik Tok videos. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

The fat fucks are the nurses, they don't move around as much as the CNA's or the technicians. You aren't gonna see a lot of fat nursing assistants or techs cause of the running around they do.

Most of your doctors are your diversity hires. You got Dr. Lee, Dr. Xiong, Dr. Perez, Dr. Shekelberg, Dr. Pravatasingh, etc.
Everything in the hospital represents your democratic socialist wet dreams. And I do believe it brings down the integrity of the hospital. If I can address the issue, I would say it is because we are not empowering our white males to work in the medical field. This is a systemic problem, originating in the elementary schools (which are largely run by white liberal women). They do not support boys in STEM fields. They push girls and immigrants down this path, while feminizing young, white, males.
The answer is to take your children out of the schools. But teach them the sciences at home. Shit, you will be educating yourself in the process. Raise strong, resourceful, intelligent, young men. Beat the degeneracy back, kick the women out of the workforce. Get their asses back in the house raising children--just as it should have always been.
