I try to eat one meal a day. One big healthy meal end of the day kind fasting. I went from 209 at the start of the plandemic down to my lowest 179.. started lifting heavier and I'm back to about 183 or so.. goal is to be lean 190 and strong

absolutely. must combine with free weight training. feels good man.
