Was Zuckerberg just playing 4d chess when he said it changes DNA in his leaked meeting recording?

Looks like 5D chess: He also said it can change RNA, knowing that this is even more crazy. And he got half of the conspiracy community to accept him as a medical expert (if Zuck says it, it must be true because he has insider knowledge).
