You’d have to be an idiot to not know that eggs in moderation are good for you. I usually eat a 2-3 whites : 1 yolk ratio for extra protein and to lower cholesterol.
It’s really about, do you boil or poach your eggs? This is the healthy way to eat.
Or do you fry them in salted butter with cheap cheese chunks and crappy bacon with added salt, or maybe bake them into cakes with sugar and refined wheat? Obesity and diabeetus awaits you!
I've been having >=3 scrambled or easy eggs w/ light salt and butter (no cheese) per day for over 10 yrs. With regular exercise, I have a fantastic cholesterol rate/blood pressure. Health (((news))) is easy to follow, do the exact opposite of what the jews say.
Agreed bacon is salted to hell and cheese is just plastic and lead at this point
