Cocoa Recipe

  • 2 tbsp raw organic Cocao powder
  • 1 tsp. Turmeric
  • dash of Pepper (for turmeric bioavailability)
  • pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Chili Pepper
  • 3 green crushed Coffee Beans
  • 1tsp Honey (optional)

Mixed together with hot water.

I know about Wim Hoff and have tried it but only for a short time. I have another friend who also swears by it. I should give it another go.
