- 1 tsp. Turmeric
- dash of Pepper (for turmeric bioavailability)
- pinch of Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Chili Pepper
- 3 green crushed Coffee Beans
- 1tsp Honey (optional)
Mixed together with hot water.
