  • 1 tsp. Turmeric
  • dash of Pepper (for turmeric bioavailability)
  • pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Chili Pepper
  • 3 green crushed Coffee Beans
  • 1tsp Honey (optional)

Mixed together with hot water.

I use these ingredients in different ways, tho I use Cayenne pepper rather than chili pepper. Heard the benefits are better. Doing it for years, don't remember where I heard that.
