I can't believe I'm mentioning marijuana three different times here, I swear I'm not a pothead. It is basically the only thing you should take for concussions.

If you get a concussion here are the two things that I know work:

  1. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy - These are large pressure chambers at hospitals that use high % oxygen at high pressure. It's been proven to reverse brain damage. It quite literally pushes oxygen deeper into you where it is having trouble getting, VERY interesting stuff.

  2. Marijuana - Weed dilates blood vessels while increasing blood flow. A concussion is a brain bruise, toxins start to accumulate and that can cause further brain damage. By increasing the size of blood vessels and increasing blood flow, you are greatly helping to get fresh blood into the area and toxins out to be processed. Additionally weed is anti-inflammatory which reduces swelling and also helps with the blood flow.
