I had no idea that Excedrin addiction was a thing... Tylenol can be incredibly horrible for the liver in high or sustained doses. Check out "attempted suicides by tylenol". Everyone things or at least use to think of Tylenol as harmless, it's actually very dangerous.

I hope you don't hate me for saying this... but maybe marijuana for migraines? It's essentially not dangerous and while it maybe habit forming, it's not physically addictive. It works for headaches.

Chronic migraines must be miserable to have to deal with, sorry dude.
