The second video is real, the first one is fake.
If you had been paying attention, you would see the long lists of complications that go far beyond Bells Palsy. I can't say for sure if it is real nor can you say that it isn't, but a DNA modifying vaccine while humanity knows very little of the consequences will obviously lead to serious complications.
