This is a paradigm shift that you will have trouble believing. Your doctors and the entire health community has been lying to us for ever.

If you want more info find Dr. Jason Fung or KenDBerrymd on the various platforms. They explain Keto and fat and diabetes best. IMO

you just keep spreading the old dead paradigm. calorie counting does not work.. if it worked weight watchers would be out of business...

EAT less carbs.. that will cause less glucose needing to be used up or stored as fat THEN YOUR BODY CAN LIQUIDATE, USE THE STORED FAT/GLUCOSE STORAGE sitting on your hips. Yes losing that fat is easy, once you have the keys of knowledge to what makes fat.

eat more fats so your hunger hormone does not trigger like WHEN YOU carb crash and get the hangry... fats satisfy so you can NOT eat longer between meals and burn more body fat...

No. That's not accurate. And no, it's because of calorie dense foods that people eat. Feel free to look up your typical count of a meal at McDonald's.

Your brain runs on 2 items, glucose and oxygen. Your body produces glucose as well as other simple sugars from any energy producing element you consume. This is physiology 101, not weight loss "paradigm." This is exactly how your metabolism works to produce ATP.

I'm not trying to sell you a book or a supplement. I'm not trying to get rich. This is information you can find in any A and P textbook or nutritional text book.

You're simply wrong. If you don't create glucose you die. If you don't uptake glucose you die. You can't target fat loss, your body will pull from the stores it chooses in the order it chooses.

You're also wrong about fats, eat a slow digesting protein to feel full longer. I'm sorry someone lied to you to sell you a book.
