Your brain runs on 2 items, glucose and oxygen. Your body produces glucose as well as other simple sugars from any energy producing element you consume. This is physiology 101, not weight loss "paradigm." This is exactly how your metabolism works to produce ATP.

You're simply wrong. If you don't create glucose you die. If you don't uptake glucose you die. You can't target fat loss, your body will pull from the stores it chooses in the order it chooses.
