go find proof and links... that insulin does not facilitate glucose being stored in the liver and fat adipose cells..

Insulin, as said, is a key for all your energy using cells to uptake glucose. Which, protein and fat will be turned into as well. Without insulin you will die.

You're not just wrong, you're delusional, and have been lied to or tricked by someone who wants to most likely sell you a book, supplement or program.
