Everything becomes glucose. It's a process called gluconeogenesis. The body uses glucose as part of its ATP cycle. If you eat no carbs, then fats and proteins are turned into glucose or if needed one of the other 6 sugars the body needs. Any excess of calories whether it's from carbs, fats or proteins is stored. Period.
