This is a paradigm shift that you will have trouble believing. Your doctors and the entire health community has been lying to us for ever.

If you want more info find Dr. Jason Fung or KenDBerrymd on the various platforms. They explain Keto and fat and diabetes best. IMO

stop lying. all carbohydrates break down to glucose.

if you want to know how many sugar calories you are eating multiply the grams of carbohydrate by 4

example if your apple has 20 grams, that is 80 sugar calories.

You should not have downvoted the comment you replied to, even if you think he's wrong.

Didn’t downvote but curious what is the purpose of the downvote

For spam, but not for "I disagree/don't like"

Since you're so far off your nut you can't do your own research.

I know eating less Carbs/glucose is healthy.., I personally know people that have gotten off Insulin and diabetic medications because they stopped abusing their insulin glucose balance.
I know people that have lost 30-40-50-60-85 pounds by curbing the glucose.. So do not lecture on Fat is not made from Glucose... It is a fact and it is science.

Again, everything turns to glucose to be stored when you talk about the energy producing calories of fat, protein and carbs. If you eat too much protein, you'll still produce a lot of glucose and still gain weight. It's about kCal and the resulting metabolic process that converts it to a usable energy type.

fiber makes the breakdown much less rapid therefore the spike in insulin is decreased..nature !!!

link,

carbohydrates glucose is the building blocks of fat. the science does not lie

fda, YMCA, doctors lie for $$$$

Glucose = glucose = glucose = GLUCOSE There is no organic glucose or shitty glucose or healthy glucose or non healthy glucose...

Glucose acts the same way in the body no matter the source.

If you eat something that slowly breaks down, it still breaks down to Glucose... IT IS STILL GLUCOSE!

And glucose spikes the blood stream and needs to be handled by the insulin. And insulin will shove that glucose into your fatty liver or your fat adipose cells..

Everything breaks down into glucose. Insulin is the key that unlocks the cell that allows it to process the glucose for energy, which most of the time can be expressed as ATP. Without insulin you would die. With a tolerance to insulin you become very sick, which is diabetes type two. With no insulin production from your pancreatic beta cells you are diabetic type one. Insulin does not generate fat.

fiber breaks it down slower ..so the spike is not as drastic on your system.... fruit is much better for you than eating candy... fruit has nutrients ...
