fruit has fiber and is digested by the body without the spike in insulin produced by carbs and foods containing refined sugars.... also many nutrient benefits in many fruits... be wise with them but do not cut them out of your diet.

stop lying. all carbohydrates break down to glucose.

if you want to know how many sugar calories you are eating multiply the grams of carbohydrate by 4

example if your apple has 20 grams, that is 80 sugar calories.

I know eating less Carbs/glucose is healthy.., I personally know people that have gotten off Insulin and diabetic medications because they stopped abusing their insulin glucose balance.
I know people that have lost 30-40-50-60-85 pounds by curbing the glucose.. So do not lecture on Fat is not made from Glucose... It is a fact and it is science.

Glucose = glucose = glucose = GLUCOSE There is no organic glucose or shitty glucose or healthy glucose or non healthy glucose...

Glucose acts the same way in the body no matter the source.

If you eat something that slowly breaks down, it still breaks down to Glucose... IT IS STILL GLUCOSE!

And glucose spikes the blood stream and needs to be handled by the insulin. And insulin will shove that glucose into your fatty liver or your fat adipose cells..

Everything becomes glucose. It's a process called gluconeogenesis. The body uses glucose as part of its ATP cycle. If you eat no carbs, then fats and proteins are turned into glucose or if needed one of the other 6 sugars the body needs. Any excess of calories whether it's from carbs, fats or proteins is stored. Period.

What turns into fat in the body?

If there is leftover glucose beyond what the liver can hold, it can be turned into fat for long-term storage so none is wasted.

When carbohydrates are scarce, the body runs mainly on fats. If energy needs exceed those provided by fats in the diet,

the body must liquidate some of its fat tissue for energy. (uses fat = lose fat/weight)

This is just the no carbs fad. Less carbs don't cause weight loss. It's less calories that cause weight loss and the low carb diet emphasizes dense low calorie food that makes people eat less.

Unfortunately, alcohol is also one of these high-glycemic carbs.

The hierarchy that your body must burn is

  1. alcohol must first be used so you do not die So if you eat any carbs with the booze? Shoved into fat cells immediately because the priority is to burn the alcohol first. Alcohol cannot be shoved into the fat cells.
