I know eating less Carbs/glucose is healthy..,
I personally know people that have gotten off Insulin and diabetic medications because they stopped abusing their insulin glucose balance.
I know people that have lost 30-40-50-60-85 pounds by curbing the glucose..
So do not lecture on Fat is not made from Glucose... It is a fact and it is science.

If you eat something that slowly breaks down, it still breaks down to Glucose... IT IS STILL GLUCOSE!
And glucose spikes the blood stream and needs to be handled by the insulin. And insulin will shove that glucose into your fatty liver or your fat adipose cells..
