I should add, a mantra could be a bird in the air... or lion walking in the wild. it is to you to discover once you reach that state

I have been meditating for like 20+ years, I can enter into almost instantly now. It serious saved my life and continues to.

if you dont like the idea of TM there is many forms meditation, chose what is right for you.

I recommend this for begginers, also this dude has some pretty spot on views of what's happening in the world right now from a psychologist point of view. He's not /our guy/ but he's against PC and cancel culture, anti lockdowns and comes from a martial arts background so draw your own conclusions.
