Some supplements I’ve been taking all year and haven’t gotten sick. (Even though Covid is fake and gay anyway).

Magnesium

Nascent iodine (tincture, drop into water or coffee. Every cell in your body needs iodine and it also counteracts the fluoride you drink and absorb from tap water).

Bee Propolis

Turmeric/curcumin

Lysine

Oregano oil

I also recommend fish oil for Omega-3s.

Vitamin A/B/C/E also but just take a multivitamin and then load on C when/if you start feeling any sickness.

I like everything here but coffee. Coffee is an addiction and is to be avoided unless it’s a special occasion. Not a daily habit imo.

I didn’t mean coffee to be included in the recommendations, just saying you can drop iodine into any drink.

Interesting take on coffee. I couldn’t give it up that’s for sure. I just drink it black.

I gave it up in September because I hated the excuse of not being ‘on’ when I need to be.

I still want it everyday but I’m glad at 11AM when I don’t feel that downturn.

I treated it like a vice so I’m giving it up. If I ever take a vacation again I’d like to try it for fun.

I have also been taking a few of these supplements for a while and I haven't been sick in the past 4 or 5 years. Most notably:

Nascent iodine every morning with tea Boron over the course of the day up to 12mg Vitamin D, Zinc, and Magnesium with bed

I also used to take quite a bit of vitamin C everyday, but have stopped somewhat recently. I really should add fish oil into that routine. Have to say, with all of the above, I have felt quite a bit more lively for a while now and can think a lot clearer.

That's because you're literally detoxing your body of metals and toxins.

The terrain is everything.

I have a hard time swallowing those huge fish oil capsules but speaking of mental clarity, that’s the thing I notice when taking them.

That's because the terrain is everything. The (((germ theory))) is bullshit.

I drink little under a gallon of alkaline water a day, vitamin's, and a greens supplement. I also run about 80 miles a month.

I haven't been sick in over a decade.

I have a cold right now. It's barely doing anything to me. I have a sore throat, and I mostly just feel low in energy. I used to get colds and feel like shit and be coughing all the time.

I haven’t tried it, but I hear colloidal silver drops can get you feeling better quick.

Well you didn't catch it from anyone. Because there's no such thing as a contagion.

Research Antoine Bechamp's terrain theory if you want to know more. It's all about health.

The flu shot is an excellent way to make the medical industry even richer.

And the last thing we want is people going out in the sunshine.

[–] 2 pts

Yep, sunlight helps the immune system, which is a major reason people get more sick in the winter than the summer.

UV light kills many viruses. Also some viruses thrive in low temperature and low humidity. The sars cov 2 virus starts to melt at room temperature. Its not just higher levels of vit D. There are lots of factors .

Viruses are a result of a toxic terrain. Covid does not exist.

Viruses are the result of evolution, which is also real. Sars cov 2 is real and kills older people at high rates. Also magic is fake and the earth is round.

“Toxic” terrain. Oh okay. Some terrain is apparently just “toxic”, any particular reason? Evil fairies? Chem trails?

Yes, there are lots of factors, but I think the impact of Vitamin D is underestimated. Regardless of the season, temperatures indoors stay pretty much the same. Humidity increases during the summer a little bit. So I wouldn't expect a cold/flu virus to be less likely to spread indoors during the summer vs winter.

Therefore, I think people getting sicker during the winter is the primary factor for virus transmission. Which would occur from depressed immune systems from lack of Vitamin D.

I read an article which stated that viruses on dried up particles of snot or dust or something are more airborne in dry low humidity conditions. They made it sound much more technical. I was reasearching what caused seasonal trends of flu in general.

I think hours of UV light / day is probably part of the equation since NY gets a larger seasonal trend than Miami in summer but not more light intensity.

Different viruses seem to have much different preferences for light and heat and humidity.

I am aware of the study that linked higher Vit D levels to lower rate of covid positive tests, but I would be careful about drawing conclusions there.

Vitamin D seems to work well as a “natural steroid” against severe covid. What is the proposed mechanism for preventing infection? Does it improve innate immune function as well?

Terrain is everything. (((Germ theory))) is complete bullshit.

This is what the pharmaceutical industry doesn't want everyone to know. They're using this to make covid a new religion. Because it's faith based.

I understand what you mean. But most people don't understand the problems with germ theory. t

It's no different than lies about Hitler, the holohoax, USS Liberty, 9/11.... ect.

The issue is people have a tremendous amount of difficulty unlearning or overwriting the programming. We we're taught to believe that the USA was a beacon of freedom and the greatest country in the world. When in reality all of our lives have been a lie.

Who can face that? We all have. It's about time this shit gets exposed.

[–] 2 pts

Yup. Have been taking Vit D and zinc since last April.

[–] 1 pt

It's almost like having a healthy and functioning immune system provides natural immunity which adapts to new strains of pathogens.

Mind blowing.

What I have discovered as a result of researching the virology field the last year is that they have cures fo the flu and the common cold.

Hydroxychloroquine inhibits practically every virus.

Tetracyclines like doxycycline and macrolides like azithromycin are antibiotics that also inhibit viruses.

Use of ivermectin against viruses is relatively novel but it also is a broad spectrum antiviral and antibacterial.

Quinine and egcg also inhibit flu virus and can be bought over the counter.

Vitamins C,D , and zinc work well against most viruses, and with vit Cand D it is safe to use very high doses short term ( 10,000 iu vit /day and 10,000 mg liposomal Vit C /day or more)

High dose vit A improves the fatality rate of measles by >10x . Most deaths from measles are linked to vit A deficiency.

Many feel that D3 is a better form of D than the regular form. It is derived from sheep lanolin. Vitamin D is fat soluble so take it with a small amount of fat for absorbtion. Good natural forms are fatty fish like salmon, tuna, cod, and also sardines. Cod liver oil is another option.
