Correct and that gives them time to reduce that 30%

Also, assuming the virus is real and it came from a lab in China and China cut off that city from the rest of China but let them fly to other countries (in other words, if we believe everything the media says about the virus) then why is no one talking about the fact China purposely infected the entire planet with a virus that could wipe out everyone? Why are there no countries demanding China dismantle all labs like that or at the least let the international community in these places to change how they do things or at most, threatening military strikes if they don't comply with a short timeframe? Why hasn't the fucking planet got together and stood up to China over this? After all, didn't they just try to kill everyone? That makes me think that China's plan to rule the world is in killing everyone but themselves. No guns, just a little time and walk over the bodies to claim the land. Is it hard to believe that if we believe everything the media has said that China already has the solution to the virus and will release another, much more powerful virus? Why wouldn't they?
