Please don't share this. I depend on a cloth mask to be able to breath at work while still complying with the law. If I have to wear the kind that give me pounding head aches and makes me feel like I can't think for days after wearing it (while doing physical work) again, I will quit and become a state dependent with no qualms. I don't want to become a parasite but I also don't want to feel like I'm getting brain damage for doing physical work.

I'm sorry, but knowledge cannot be restrained. What we should look for more is showing people that masks are entirely ineffective against any of this.
