It's sometimes painful that so many of the people I talk with the most don't get this. They say things like "Ware the mask, if it helps then that's a good thing. If not, what have you lost?" I try to explain that we're all losing the right to walk about and associate freely. That's met mostly with hand waving and telling me to stop overreacting.

People wouldn't know tyranny if it dystroyed two buildings on live TV.
More and more people in fly over country are waking up to the bs. I'm in the middle of nowhere in a tourist trap right now. The hard working, salt of the earth people, get it. The tourists from all over from god knows where don't.
