It is always shocking how people forget that fruit contains a ton of sugar. I eat apples, bananas and blueberries regularly but don't over do it, about an apple a day, two bananas and a cup of blueberries. As stated, vegan level fruit consumption = BAD.

You clearly didn't watch the video. It concludes that even 20 servings of fruit per day is not harmful at all.
