better, deeper sleep... don't get after-meal "crash", I can be "on my game" (100%) longer... obviously hard to quantify any of this, but it's not a placebo effect for sure

Since doing the vegan debate I've been looking into to diet quite a bit lately I'm considering something like this.

It does require dedication... A single donut or slice of pizza can throw you off-balance for days, since after a while your body changes the enzymes in your digestive tract to accommodate fats
