Big fan of keto here as well. But due to recent research I'm no longer of the opinion that it guarantees a healthy heart, which is what OP's alluding to. I'm not changing my diet but I am making a point of having a complete physical every year with a focus on the circulatory system. Fewer surprises is better, always.
