Most deaths in Wuhan were caused by the panic and people rushing hospital, and got infected by infected people around them.
If you compare the amount of deaths with the actually "reported" infected people, you'll see that it's currently at around 3%.
50% of the infected patients recovered (a few case of reinfection have been reported but it doesn't mean all of the recovery will).
