Yeah dude those are all phytoestrogens which have a very weak effect compared to actual estrogens.

I'd worry more about xenoestrogens from plastics to be honest.

Only old formulations of epoxy have what you refer to as xenoestrogens. Newer ones are glycidyl-based.

I think the ratio in the Impossible Burger might be equal to 7 to 1, in relative terms of "effectiveness" as estrogen. Still very unacceptable. Let the soy boys eat that shit.
