Only old formulations of epoxy have what you refer to as xenoestrogens. Newer ones are glycidyl-based. I think the ratio in the Impossible Burger might be equal to 7 to 1, in relative terms of "effectiveness" as estrogen. Still very unacceptable. Let the soy boys eat that shit.
