Dairy cow life: repeatedly raped. Repeatedly have babies stolen. Eventually can't produce enough milk to be profitable. Sent to slaughterhouse. Female babies have the same fate. Males are sent to the veal industry. Fed a liquid only diet and unable to move to ensure body is tender upon slaughter. Slaughtered.

If that is true. I can’t handle it I’ve been drinking milk my whole life and I’ve tried and been a part of the manufacture of the alternatives and I just can’t. You are probably right but I can’t deal with the alternatives because if you knew what I knew you would know they are just as bad for people.

Drink organic raw milk. No hormones and loads of nutrients that haven’t been obliterated from pasteurization. It’s about $15/gallon, but when people balk about that, I usually ask them, “What’s your health worth to you?” Seems our culture is a-ok with spending loads of money on crap (alcohol, tobacco, processed food) but when it comes to health, that’s where they draw the line. Cracks me up.

My wifes aunt actually owns a dairy farm so she gets it from time to time, I haven't had the guts to try it just yet.
