Drink organic raw milk. No hormones and loads of nutrients that haven’t been obliterated from pasteurization. It’s about $15/gallon, but when people balk about that, I usually ask them, “What’s your health worth to you?” Seems our culture is a-ok with spending loads of money on crap (alcohol, tobacco, processed food) but when it comes to health, that’s where they draw the line. My wifes aunt actually owns a dairy farm so she gets it from time to time, I haven't had the guts to try it just yet.
