Lol, drink one of the many plant-based milks. Almond, oat, hemp, etc. Save a cow from "artificial insemination" (NTT for how this isn't rape), and having her babies repeatedly torn away from her moments after birth. Can't have the baby stealing all our profits now can we?

Sorry this is one I just can't do I LOVE milk in ways you cannot possibly understand.

The reason people love milk and cheese is because of the casein within it. In the digestion process, it gets turned into casomorphin. Which is what it sounds like; morphine. Just not as powerful as the real morphine.

"The present data on men and children indicate that estrogens in milk were absorbed, and gonadotropin secretion was suppressed, followed by a decrease in testosterone secretion. Sexual maturation of prepubertal children could be affected by the ordinary intake of cow milk"

Dude, I appreciate the effort and all, but you’re wrong. Living testament: myself.

In an average week, I consume around two gallons of whole milk. I have a body fat percentage of around 12%, weigh 160 lbs at 5ft 7in. My squat is 300lbs and bench at 180lbs, both at x 5 reps. Can also still run a sub five minute mile. VO2 max of 75.

I’ve consumed that same amount of milk through my whole life. At age10 I was growing hair in my armpits, age 16 I started shaving weekly, at 19 I had a full beard. Now, at 22, my back and chest are covered in hair.

It is 100% guaranteed milk has had a negligible effect in my testosterone levels. Matter of effect, I believe my milk consumption has done the opposite; my testosterone levels are on the upper-end due to an increased milk intake.

You know Germans were notorious for the consumption of dairy products, especially milk? Did you know how rumored it has always been, how large the germanics people were? Would any of this science apply to my ancestors, given their scenarios?

What’s more, is I want to know how much testosterone effects were “lowered”. I could likely guess it’s <1%

Dunno if this was a larp; it was a pretty funny read

I'm very fond of yogurt - I'll just merrily assume this doesn't apply. (You know, apart from the cow rape and so on...)
