They’re going to say that his presence in the local lock up will cause disturbances as an excuse to put him up in solitary confinement which is considered torture under international law.

The United States and Israel are the two main countries facing pressure from international human rights organizations for using solitary confinement as a punitive measure. Go figure.

30 days for attempted littering? That doesn't even align with Florida's littering laws. Actual littering is only a fine.

The penalty for violating Florida’s litter law is dependent on the amount of litter that was dumped. Any person who dumps litter not exceeding 15 pounds in weight or 27 cubic feet in volume and not for commercial purposes commits a noncriminal infraction, punishable by a fine of $150. Under the statute, litter is dumped for a “commercial purpose” when it is done so for economic gain.

If they add the weight of the beans times the number of fliers distributed, I'd guess they can get over the 15 pounds. Maybe they assumed it can't get to higher courts because of funds. It's blatantly illegal and unconstitutional to persecute/prosecute him.

Does that mean 30 days in county? No shit. Florida is a shithole. I’m always a little bit behind. Watching the last. It of ep 494 right now. Didn’t really think he’d get any sentence. I had little weird vibes about any worries like maybe exaggerating. But I guess those vibes were justified.

He started it off super aggressive and angry. Can’t blame him for being upset. Not a good sign. Florida is super jew but damn. I checked out the telegram. I have questions I’ll be recording.
