This guy has good content. If I'm simply changing companies and I am asked where I need to be for compensation, I always give them the spot I'm at currently. This is for liquid compensation only, and typically gives them the ball. I do not exceed current compensations because I will get ghosted or flat out told they can't do it. I also add in that I'm negotiable. It's important to know your worth, and the worth of the slot that's open in the area you're searching.
