And AOU does not address the shit related to the story...

1) you have no obligation to let cops into your house to steal your guns. 4th amendment still prevails. Cops have no right to enter your property to search for guns in response to a court order or other order that you surrender you guns.

2) the guy is still not a prohibited person. Only those with an order related to family matters & protective orders relating to family matters have their RKBA ability to buy guns diminished. So, he could go and buy new guns and ammo.

These idiotic red flag laws should result in an increase in guns in these peoples' hands. They surrender what they have (for a year) then go buy new ones...after a year they now have more guns than when they started.

It'll just result in more guys storing guns in PVC tubing they bury near their homes. Grease up the disassembled parts, seal the tube and bury.

Just store them in your home. They cannot enter just based on a court order for you to surrender.

I don't trust cops to comply with the law lmao

Nichols said he was unimpressed with the Tisbury School resource officer’s alleged trips to Xtra Mart to get coffee when children came to school in the morning. While dining at Linda Jean’s a couple of weeks ago, Nichols said he told a friend about this and suggested somebody could “shoot up the school” in that officer’s absence, which he described as “leaving his post.”

What the fuck? No fuck this, fuck these piece of shit pigs.

You can't bully an old man because he calls you out. I hope every cop chokes on a donut and dies.

The leftist media (but I repeat myself) frames it as a crazy old man threatening a school shooting. In reality it's a frustrated old man who is annoyed at the cop regularly shirking his duty to protect kids.

Actually it sounds like he may have been a cop "Stephen Nichols, 84, of Tisbury, who said his career with the Tisbury Police spanned six decades "

I dont think he was a crossing guard that long. And you should be more mad at the fuckers who pass the laws.
