These red flag laws do not make you ineligible to but or possess guns. They just (illegally) allow the gov't to get the guns/ammo that you currently have removed from your current possession. These laws : 1) do not prohibit the person from buying new guns and ammo 2) do not create a good cause to be able to search your house (they come up and say that they are there for that purpose, don't let them in - you don't have to) Any other additional points folks want to make? If a breach of peace charge is good enough to take away guns anyone supporting these laws is a traitor.
