Here in my shitty european country we also have licenses for fishing but it is primarily made to protect the enviornment from over fishing. If a million cunts went fishing everyday we would be out of fish in a month. Same with wild animals for hunting. You have q yearly quota to respect, and I find it totally normal. On the other hand, there is no quota for protecting yourself. If I get assaulted 5000 times, I have the right to kill them 5000 times. Its only fair. Vermins arent game.
