I bet I could go down to the nigger area of town and get a handgun with a filed off serial number for a couple hundred dollars and a few hours. How does a gun with a filed off serial number help the guvment know who owns it? Same here with this. How can 3D printer manufacturers prevent customers from using the printers to make gun parts?

EDIT: I really think the ATFE's worry is its continued existence and maintaining its bureaucracy in the federal system.

You're definitely correct about the ATFE. Kinda like the FBI and false flags. We need LESS government, those two agencies (and plenty more) can get fired and no one would miss them.

ATFE is a duplication of functions with the FBI. There isn't a reason to have both.
