This is a criminal problem. Not a Gun problem. Criminals do not give one fuck about CC permits. When is the last time you have seen a CC permit holder kill a bunch of people? Never. Because it might happen once in 20 years in the US and often when they are being attacked by a mob and are shooting in self defense.
