Absolutely. Even if he was doing something illegal, he probably didn't deserve to die over the illegal act. This was an assassination by a federal agency. The man was subjected to a no-knock warrant at 6am. In his mind, he was defending himself from home intruders, something many of us would do under the circumstances. They could have picked this man up at his job, but instead they chose to go about the ordeal in the most dangerous way.
