That top image is an "iconic" image from that time and shows several Koreans on the rooftop, with one obviously being prominent in the foreground.
The error you've made is making the assumption that the person that "This is Ken Lee" is referencing is the one in the foreground in the red shirt and not any one of the other Koreans from this famous photo.
Without marking the subject or specifically noting "This is Ken Lee in the red shirt", it could reference any of them in the image. Actually, the one in the back right in the yellow shirt does look about 17 to me, and his ears also appear to me to stick out some similarly to Judge Lee's ears in the bottom image.

Right in with the pilpul like a filthy kike, huh? That is not at all comparable and you know it.
Hitler and Goebbels are both well-known historical figures and photographed many thousands of times. Almost anyone alive in the world can recognize what Hitler looks like and know that is not Goebbels, and many are also quite familiar with what Goebbels looks like as well and could find him in the background.
However, the LA riots and the 'Rooftop Koreans' is almost entirely unknown to most people outside of the USA. There are also very few images of the rooftop Koreans, let alone of the individual Koreans with their names identifying them. This could be the only photo of any of the Rooftop Koreans where Ken Lee was even visible in the background if it actually isn't him in the foreground as you assume.

And you've shown your ignorance like a dumb nigger. Photographs have subjects. Goebbels is clearly not the subject of the 2nd photo, just as the man in red clearly is the subject in the OP photo. I recommend you repeat the fifth grade.
