The answer is anyone has the right to own a gun. If someone is considered dangerous to society, they should not not be in the general population.

But we live in ClownWorld.

Yep. If they are "too dangerous" to own a gun, they do not belong in society at all.

Im even for allowing felons to get guns after they serve their time. They supposedly "paid" for their crimes. If they can be let out back into society again then they should be able to get all of their "rights" back.

Liberal/communism pretends 'Owning' a firearm is an Act/crime= guilty until proven innocent. IF, they actually wanted Crime control, they would pass a law that makes a violent crime WITH a firearm, is Life in prison. THAT would stop 90% of all crimes, because the Gangs that have been arrested a dozen times ARE the shooters, and They KNOW That.
