Every gun rights org in the country is just waiting for someone to get picked up over this, the feds know they'll lose even in a lower court due to Bruen (effectively neutering the typical lawfare weapon of "oh but you have to appeal it all the way up to get the right answer" shit they do) so I kind of doubt they'll go after someone that they can't otherwise nail for some other reason.

There are actually a ton of ongoing suits that are probably not going to go the kikes' way, everything from state bans to NFA.
Just join GOA and you are covered by the injunction (even if you weren't a member at the time of the ruling).
Simple as.
