SCOTUS has already struck it down. They've previously ruled this is illegal and unconstitutional (common use). Accordingly, under federal law, all involved in this is guilty of constitutional rights violations, lose their legal protections (personally liable and can be personally sued), and are liable for up to $100,000 and 10 years in federal prison for each person's rights they violate.
If only we were a country of laws with judges who can read.

Which was itself a football move against our rights. Regardless, the ruling says this is illegal, which means any and all supporting this are criminals under the law and are personally liable for each and every constitutional rights violation, every time a rifle is denied to a citizen.

Yeah, there's a whole bunch of court precedent against this type of shit, going all the way back to at least 1803 from my knowledge, and as recent as 2018. It's a shame we have nothing but faggy jew-owned communist courts, and Washington and the 9th Circuit are both particularly bad.
