Quite literally nothing I wrote was pedantic. You used (((reddit spacing))). I confirmed everything you said and called out the inaccuracies of the video - no pedantics.

  • WTF is (((reddit spacing)))?

  • They are called "short paragraphs" or "bullet points".

  • Putting breaks between cohesive points so as to avoid a text wall existed before preddit.

  • The modern use of paragraphs with indentation and line breaks to indicate a new unit of thought or topic began in Europe during the Middle Ages.

  • Credit for using the modern paragraphing is given to the French writer and philosopher Michel de Montaigne in the late 16th century.

  • Michel de Montaigne was not jewish. He was a Christian.
