I've been keeping an eye on the federal register and they have yet to publish the rule. They're either waiting to get their eform process polished or they're having second thoughts about publishing due to the lawsuits and backlash.

Thank you. I saw it once and thought it was very good but I couldn't tell you who was in it or quote anything that was said. Maybe I'll go back and give it another gander.

From the age of 18 to now, I can count the amount of movies I've seen in a theatre on less than one hand. I do have 10 fingers.
