I've been keeping an eye on the federal register and they have yet to publish the rule. They're either waiting to get their eform process polished or they're having second thoughts about publishing due to the lawsuits and backlash.

I guess the right phrasing is "some orgs". I know there's a few decent lawsuits in the works but it should have been resolved decades ago if not outright allowed to happen.

I don't disagree with that, but only post-Bruen is there really the legal framework necessary to challenge it effectively.
